Dans cette situation de gravit\u00e9 extr\u00eame et de crise sanitaire mondiale, Silvana Jez, depuis deux saisons \u00e0 Limoges, nous a contact\u00e9 en fin de semaine pour rompre son contrat et quitter Limoges. La situation au Canada est tout aussi pr\u00e9occupante qu’en France et le Premier ministre, Justin Trudeau, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 hier de fermer ses fronti\u00e8res aux voyageurs \u00e9trangers. Siki<\/strong> a bien s\u00fbr tr\u00e8s envie de retrouver sa famille et ses proches m\u00eame si elle sait qu’elle respectera une “quatorzaine” d’isolement en arrivant “par mesure de pr\u00e9caution pour ma famille, mes parents, mes deux s\u0153urs”. Le club a naturellement valid\u00e9 sa demande. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Siki part cet apr\u00e8s-midi de Limoges et, apr\u00e8s un p\u00e9riple par Bordeaux, la Gare Montparnasse et une nuit \u00e0 Roissy, elle s’envolera demain pour Toronto. Vu la situation, elle nous a propos\u00e9 de dire Au Revoir<\/strong> avec quelques mots. Texte original, traduction par chacun. Merci Siki pour ces deux saisons \u00e0 Limoges, merci pour ta joie de vivre, ton professionnalisme constant, ton humanit\u00e9 et ton respect des autres. Hello Limoges supporters and fans,<\/strong><\/p>\n

First of all, I can’t even begin to express my gratitude towards all of you, as supporters, fans people and most of all family. It’s safe to say that my two years here, have been nothing but amazing, eventful, and enjoyable. I know the circumstances we are under right now are very unfortunate, which is why Its so saddening that I have to say goodbye like this. But I just want you all to know I am so thankful for each and every individual who has supported our team, the club, and me individually throughout these past few years. We have made some big imprints that will always be remembered (winning the championship last year, and staying in NF1 this year). All of these accomplishments could not have been done without you, and just know I am going to miss everything about this place. The biggest shoutout goes to my coach Regis, as a coach and as a person. It’s very rare you will come across a coach who you consider like a father figure, and who actually cares about you not only on the court, but off the court too. In any case, it was amazing while it lasted, and I’m excited to see what’s ahead. Just know you guys will always have a place in my heart, and this bun and smile will always be looking out and supporting you right back.<\/p>\n
